「小小提词器」（以下简称「本应用」）由 ULOOO（以下简称「我们」）开发并运营。我们重视您的隐私，本政策说明本应用如何处理信息。

核心承诺：我们不收集、不出售、不共享您的个人身份信息。您的提词文稿与设置均存储在您的设备本地。

我们收集的信息

不收集个人数据

本应用无需注册或登录，不会主动收集姓名、邮箱、电话号码、位置信息或其他可识别个人身份的信息。

本地存储的数据

以下数据仅保存在您的 iPhone 或 iPad 本地，不会上传至我们的服务器：

  • 您输入或编辑的提词文稿内容
  • 文稿标题与最近编辑时间
  • 应用设置（滚动速度、倒计时、遮罩、外观、字号等）

删除应用将清除上述本地数据（除非您已通过 iCloud 设备备份保留）。

可选网络功能

当您主动点击「随机文章」时，应用会向 https://api.ulooo.com/api/article/ 发送 HTTPS 请求，以获取公开示例文本。该请求：

  • 由您主动触发，非后台自动执行
  • 不附带用户标识符或设备唯一 ID
  • 仅用于返回示例文章内容，不用于用户画像或广告

若网络不可用，应用将使用内置离线示例文本，不会因此收集任何信息。

第三方服务

本应用使用以下第三方组件：

  • Just（HTTP 客户端库）：仅在「随机文章」功能中用于发起网络请求，不独立收集用户数据。
  • Apple 系统服务：应用通过 Apple 提供的 SwiftUI、SwiftData 等框架运行，受 Apple 隐私政策约束。

本应用不包含第三方广告 SDK、分析 SDK 或社交登录 SDK。

数据安全

  • 文稿数据通过 iOS 系统级沙盒机制隔离存储
  • 网络通信均使用 HTTPS 加密
  • 我们不运营后端用户数据库，因此不存在服务器端数据泄露风险（针对用户文稿）

儿童隐私

本应用不面向 13 岁以下儿童主动收集个人信息。若您认为我们无意中收集了儿童信息，请通过技术支持页面联系我们，我们将及时删除。

您的权利

您可随时：

  • 在应用内编辑或删除文稿
  • 在系统设置中清除应用数据
  • 卸载应用以删除所有本地数据

政策更新

我们可能不时更新本政策。重大变更将在本页面更新生效日期。继续使用本应用即表示您接受更新后的政策。

Overview

Teleprompter ("the App") is developed and operated by ULOOO ("we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information.

Core commitment: We do not collect, sell, or share your personally identifiable information. Your scripts and settings are stored locally on your device.

Information We Collect

No Personal Data Collection

The App requires no registration or login and does not actively collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, location data, or other personally identifiable information.

Locally Stored Data

The following data is stored only on your iPhone or iPad and is never uploaded to our servers:

  • Script content you enter or edit
  • Script titles and last-edited timestamps
  • App settings (scroll speed, countdown, mask, appearance, font size, etc.)

Deleting the App removes this local data (unless preserved via an iCloud device backup).

Optional Network Feature

When you tap "Random Article", the App sends an HTTPS request to https://api.ulooo.com/api/article/ to fetch public sample text. This request:

  • Is user-initiated, not performed in the background
  • Does not include user identifiers or device unique IDs
  • Is used solely to return sample article content, not for profiling or advertising

If the network is unavailable, the App uses built-in offline sample text without collecting any information.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party components:

  • Just (HTTP client library): Used only for the Random Article feature; does not independently collect user data.
  • Apple System Services: The App runs on Apple frameworks (SwiftUI, SwiftData, etc.) governed by Apple's privacy policies.

The App contains no third-party advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or social login SDKs.

Data Security

  • Script data is isolated via iOS app sandboxing
  • All network communication uses HTTPS encryption
  • We operate no backend user database for script content

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us via the Support page and we will promptly delete it.

Your Rights

You may at any time:

  • Edit or delete scripts within the App
  • Clear App data in iOS Settings
  • Uninstall the App to remove all local data

Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date on this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
